2025 Impact Report
At Rocket Community Fund, our mission is to help families achieve stable homeownership so they can lead more prosperous lives.
In 2025, we executed on this mission every single day by:
- Protecting existing homeowners. We invested in tax foreclosure prevention, home repair, and estate planning to preserve homeownership.
- Creating new homeowners. Through support for downpayment assistance and alternative purchase programs, our team helped more families achieve the dream of homeownership.
- Building career pathways and strengthening digital access. This focus on increased income and connectivity has catalyzed long-lasting stability.
Over 1,700 families now own homes through our Make It Home program. More than 3,100 people are building financial security through the Rocket Wealth Accelerator. Hundreds of young adults are accessing career pathways that were previously out of reach. And thousands of residents are gaining the digital skills and connectivity they need to compete in today’s economy.
Each investment is thoughtfully curated, with people at the center, to drive systemic change. We aren’t just helping people overcome barriers to stability, we are driven to break down those barriers.
But numbers alone don’t tell the story. Behind each statistic are families that stayed in their home instead of facing displacement. Young people who landed their first job. Senior citizens who finally have reliable internet. These are the lasting victories of 2025, and none of them would have been possible without our extraordinary partners, for whom we are eternally grateful.
We’re also deeply grateful to our Rocket Companies team members. Their daily dedication to our business makes this work possible. But even more importantly, our team members over-index in volunteering and giving back to our community. Their nearly 100,000 volunteer hours in 2025 showed our company’s deep commitment to showing up for our neighbors, using their skills in unique ways, and proving that business success and community impact go hand in hand.
As we move through 2026 and beyond, we are dedicated to leveraging every tool in our toolkit creatively and collaboratively. We’ve seen what can happen when we work together with a clear mission and shared vision of what’s possible. When you remove barriers—whether they’re financial, educational, digital, or systemic—people thrive.
In Rocket and Redfin’s inspiring Super Bowl commercial from earlier this year, we were called to remember what it means to be a good neighbor—because when we buy a home, we’re not just investing in ourselves and our family’s future, but also in our community. That’s exactly what Rocket Community Fund is committed to doing through every program, partnership, and dollar invested. Together, we’re building a future where stable homes, economic opportunity, and shared prosperity aren’t dreams, but the lived reality of every one of our neighbors.
