I am proud to share the 2024 Rocket Community Fund Annual Impact Report and reflect on another year of progress toward our mission.

In 2024, we built on a strong foundation of impactful work in Detroit and extended our reach deeper into Cleveland, Milwaukee, Atlanta, and beyond. Through wide-ranging partnerships, we made impressive strides in addressing the systemic barriers that prevent far too many of our neighbors from accessing stable, healthy housing.

Home is about so much more than shelter. A stable home provides the foundation for success in all aspects of life, from education to career growth, and is fundamental to building generational wealth. By protecting families from tax foreclosure and eviction, investing in home repair resources, strengthening our homelessness response systems, and creating more effective pathways to homeownership, we’re ensuring a more resilient community where our neighbors can invest in their futures with confidence.

Alongside our housing investments, we remain deeply committed to expanding digital inclusion and investing in educational resources for Detroit residents that increase job readiness. In 2024, we worked with partners to ensure more Detroiters have the technology tools and digital skills they need to succeed in a rapidly changing world. We also collaborated closely with Rocket’s talent acquisition team to bring hundreds of high school and college students through our doors for opportunities within our Family of Companies.

Finally, we achieved significant milestones in volunteering and fundraising thanks to the dedication of our incredible Rocket Companies team members. Team members contributed their time, skills, and resources to support our mission, whether through hands-on service projects, skills-based volunteering, or generous financial contributions.
