This summer, the Rocket Community Fund was proud to partner with Bedrock to launch the Monroe Street Midway, a unique, immersive and engaging public space activation at the future home of the Monroe Blocks development.
We know that safe, inclusive spaces are an integral part of building resiliency in our communities, and this collaborative investment could not have come at a better time.
Working alongside Bedrock, we were able to imagine a space that was vibrant and reflected the unique culture of the city of Detroit, but we had a lot of help thanks to the brilliant contributions of several Detroit artists.
